Institutional Advancement Achievements:

-- Increased fundraising results every year for eight years, beginning with a low of 23% increase in my first year to a record 94% increase in eighth year. Successfully supervised a staff of four.

-- Started with a $643,718 per year program. Increased to $1.12 million in FY 2000, and to $1.62 million in FY 2001. Successful team of two staff members.

-- Designed and implemented a variety of enhanced charitable gift programs, surveyed potential donors, improved computerized donor record systems, wrote and submitted 70+ grant proposals, with increases in gift results averaging 700 percent.

-- Started with a $300,000 per year program. First year = $765,000. Second year = $1.59 million. Third year = $2.38 million. Fourth year = $6.96 million. Successfully supervised a staff of six.

-- Started with a $1.5 million per year program. First year = $2.7 million. Second year = $5.1 million. Third year = $7.4 million. Successfully led a staff of nine.

-- Designed and implemented a new planned giving program, cultivated estate donors for $12 - $15 million each year in future planned gifts.
