Idaho State University is a senior public institution of higher education.

Direction and management for all aspects of charitable fundraising, donor relations and media relations involving development for ISU. At the same time served as Executive Vice President of the ISU Foundation, providing reports, managing meetings, and cultivating board members. Special success in the Annual Fund, planned giving, grant proposal writing, public relations, publications and major gifts. Served on the President's Council, the Alumni Board of Directors, and the Pocatello Public Library Committee. Wrote ISU Fundraising Handbook. Successfully supervised a staff of six. Started with a $300,000 per year program. FY 1987 = $765,000; FY 1988 = $1.59 million; FY 1989 = $2.38 million; FY 1991 = $6.96 million.
