Writing, editing, graphics, development promotion, and other fundraising work including field phonathon work. Worked for three departments: BYU Alumni Association, BYU Press, and BYU Development Office. Authored a fundraising handbook for the use of BYU regional fundraising volunteers. National award: Time/Life Direct Mail Campaign of the Year, American Alumni Council (AAC).
