Larry Christensen is one of the most experienced charitable development professionals in San Diego County. He has raised millions of dollars for both public and private institutions of higher education, independent secondary schools, social services agencies and arts organizations. He has also done volunteer work with youth organizations, libraries, and veterans organizations. The common thread that runs through all of his work is education -- he seeks out donors who wish to provide effective education to struggling students, the homeless, and the families and loved ones of people with special needs. He prefers to work behind the scenes so he can focus his complete attention on meeting the needs of his clients. He and his wife Kathy have been married for 33 years, and they have four adult children, two sons and two daughters. The Christensens have made their home in San Marcos, California. |
